All prices are in USD. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason — including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of our wholesale program rules. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business customers with a valid reseller certificate or business license. We may suspend wholesale privileges for accounts that resell to non-business consumers in a manner inconsistent with our brand partners' policies.
We ship from nine US warehouses. Standard ground delivery is 2–5 business days; expedited options available at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Customs duties on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Unwashed, unworn, undecorated blank goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Decorated, customized, or laundered items are final-sale and cannot be returned. Defective items are replaced or refunded at our option.
Decoration (embroidery, screen printing, DTF, heat transfer, patches) is final-sale once production begins. Mockups require customer approval before production. You are responsible for ensuring your artwork doesn't infringe trademarks or copyrights — we may decline orders that appear to use protected marks without authorization.
All content on apparelglobe.com — including product descriptions, images, code, and design — is owned by Apparel Globe or licensed to us. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used here under wholesale-distribution agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apparel Globe's total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Delaware/your state]. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in [Wilmington/your city], except small-claims court actions.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site. Continued use after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.
